We are open daily from 17:00 to 24:00 (last order 23:00).

Can I make a reservation?

Can I book on the same day?
Same-day seat reservations are possible subject to availability. Courses must be booked by the previous day (by 23:00 two days ahead for the mushroom hot pot and sukiyaki-style courses). Please call us.

Do you have courses?
Yes, we offer nine course plans from 5,000 to 9,000 yen, all with all-you-can-drink (120-minute seating).
How long is the all-you-can-drink on courses?
Courses run for 120 minutes and last orders for drinks are 30 minutes before the end. For the mushroom hot pot and sukiyaki-style courses the all-you-can-drink period is 90 minutes.
Is there a mizutaki course?
Yes, the 5,000 yen Mizutaki Course (8 dishes) featuring our signature Hakata mizutaki.
Is there a yakitori-focused course?
Yes, the 5,000 yen Yakitori-lovers' Course (12 dishes) with seven skewers.
Is there a hot-pot course?
Yes — the 6,000 yen Chicken-paitan Hot Pot Course (7 dishes), the 6,000 yen Mushroom Hot Pot Course (11 dishes), the 7,000 yen Morning-fresh Chicken Sukinabe Course (9 dishes), the 8,000 yen Chicken and Omi Duck Sukinabe Course (10 dishes) and the 9,000 yen Omi Duck Sukinabe Course (11 dishes). The 5,000 yen Mizutaki Course (8 dishes) is also available.
Do you have sukiyaki-style hot pot courses?
Yes — the 7,000 yen Morning-fresh Chicken Sukinabe Course (9 dishes), the 8,000 yen Chicken and Omi Duck Sukinabe Course (10 dishes) and the 9,000 yen Omi Duck Sukinabe Course (11 dishes). Please book by 23:00 two days ahead.
What is Omi duck?
A duck known as a brand ingredient Shiga is proud of, with a pronounced depth of flavour. We serve it sukiyaki-style in the 8,000 yen Chicken and Omi Duck Sukinabe Course (10 dishes) and the 9,000 yen Omi Duck Sukinabe Course (11 dishes).
How many guests can book a course?
From 2 to 18 guests.
Can I book a banquet? Is private hire available?
We host banquets from small groups upward. We have private rooms, and private hire may be possible depending on the size of your party and the time — please ask.
Are course prices tax-inclusive?
Course prices include tax and all-you-can-drink with 120-minute seating, and no service charge. À la carte prices exclude tax and carry a 5% service charge.
Do you have courses for girls' nights?
Yes, the 5,000 yen Course (11 dishes) is popular for girls' nights and banquets.
What is the budget per person?
Courses with all-you-can-drink are 5,000–9,000 yen (tax included). À la carte spend depends on your order.
Can you arrange a birthday or anniversary surprise?
Yes, we can arrange surprises such as a message plate. Please let us know when booking.

How many seats do you have?
50 seats in total (16 counter, 22 table, 12 in private rooms).
Do you have counter seats?
Yes, counter seats where you can watch the charcoal grill.
Do you have private rooms?
We have private rooms, ideal for girls' nights, entertaining and family visits. They can fill up, so please request when booking.
Do you have tatami seating?
We do not have tatami seating. We offer 16 counter seats, 22 table seats, 12 seats in private rooms, and terrace seats.
Can large groups be seated?
Please consult us by phone about your party size.
Is it easy to visit alone?
Yes, we have counter seats, so solo diners are very welcome.
Can I come with children?
Yes, families are welcome.
What is the atmosphere like?
A calm, wood-warmed Japanese space where you can relax at the counter overlooking the charcoal grill, or in a private room.
Do you have terrace seats?
We have terrace seats (smoking allowed). They may be unavailable depending on the weather and how busy we are.

What do you recommend?
Omi-chicken skewers grilled over Bincho charcoal, our signature Hakata mizutaki, and chicken sashimi.
What is Omi chicken?
A branded chicken from Shiga. Free-range reared in spacious surroundings, it is moist yet satisfying, with a deep flavour.
What charcoal do you use?
High-heat Bincho charcoal, searing the surface crisp while keeping the inside juicy.
What is your signature dish?
Our signature is Hakata mizutaki, with a broth rich in concentrated chicken flavour.
What is Hakata mizutaki?
A chicken hot pot that originated in Fukuoka. We simmer bone-in thigh, tsukune and local vegetables until the broth turns milky white. Drink the soup first, then finish with ramen or zosui.
What is chicken-paitan (tori-paitan) hot pot?
A rich hot pot with a milky broth simmered from chicken. We serve it as the 6,000 yen Chicken-paitan Hot Pot Course (7 dishes) with morning-fresh chicken.
Do you serve chicken sashimi?
Yes — the Satsuma Chiran chicken tataki 3-kind assortment, chicken sashimi with sesame and more.
Do you have all-you-can-drink?
Yes — an à la carte all-you-can-drink menu is available (please call us about the conditions), and courses include all-you-can-drink with 120-minute seating.
Do you have sake?
Yes, we offer a range of sake and shochu.
Do you have shochu or highballs?
Yes, various highballs and shochu (sweet potato and barley).
Are the menu prices tax-inclusive?
À la carte menu prices exclude tax; course prices include tax. A 5% service charge applies to à la carte food and drink (courses excluded).
Can you accommodate allergies?
We accommodate where possible. Please tell us when booking or on arrival.
Do you have dishes to finish the meal?
Yes, such as juicy oyakodon, Torimaru ramen and grilled rice balls.
